2. Information We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive:
- Email address — used to identify your account and assign access tier
- Display name — shown in the application interface
- Profile picture URL — displayed as your avatar
We request the email and profile OAuth scopes from Google. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google service.
3. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
AngeloAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we:
- Only use Google user data to provide and improve the AngeloAI service
- Do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or as part of a merger/acquisition with prior notice
- Do not use Google user data for serving advertisements
- Do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations
4. How We Use Your Information
- Authenticate your identity and maintain your session
- Assign and enforce access tiers (Guest, General, Pro, Admin)
- Display your name and avatar in the application
- Log authentication events for security auditing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

- User records are stored in a PostgreSQL database on infrastructure controlled by Angelo AI LP
- Sessions are managed via encrypted JWT tokens
- All connections to ops.angeloai.com use TLS encryption (HTTPS)
- Infrastructure is protected by Cloudflare WAF and Zero Trust access policies
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing spyder.elite@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
